Kids, I'm gonna tell you a wonderful story. It's about my Doctor Who Cosplay Project. March 2013 It started back in March of 2013, I learned from a friend that Peter Davison (my favorite Doctor) was gonna be at C2E2 that year. I knew I wanted to make a cosplay from Doctor Who anyway. So I started to search for a coat similar to 5's. After I found one at a local thrift store, I bought red fabric from Michaels' to make the red outline on the bottom and around the front.
